今日は､親友とオンラインでおしゃべりしました｡ その会話の中で､ 自分の長所と短所はなにかという話になりました｡ 私達はどちらも､ 組織にとって有用なものとして行動したいと思っています｡ そのためには､自分の長所を見極めておく必要があります｡ 長所が短所にならないようにせねばなりません｡ 例えば､勤勉というのは素晴らしい特質ですが､ 行き過ぎるとワークホリックになってしまいます｡ 自分の長所をじっくり考えたいと思いました｡
I chatted online with my best friend today. In that conversation, we talked about our strengths and weaknesses. We both want to act as effective to the organization. To do this, we need to identify our strengths. Do not let our strengths become our weaknesses.
For example, diligence is a wonderful quality, but too much turns us to be workaholics. That is why I wanted to think about our strengths.
